About the Project
TeamMetrics is an AI-powered time-tracking and analytics tool for teams. The project focused on making complex data easy to interpret by using machine learning to highlight patterns, detect inefficiencies, and provide actionable insights. My role included UX research, mapping user flows, and building prototypes that ensured AI-driven recommendations felt clear, trustworthy, and intuitive for daily use.
